Our family keeps a modest, healthy herd of Hereford cattle, raised on lush grass and plenty of fresh air. We believe that happy animals and nutritious soil are the keys to producing quality meat, and we work diligently day in and day out to ensure both are at their best. Whether you’re looking for delicious, locally-raised beef by the cut or interested in purchasing a quarter or half cow, we’re here to help—and we’re always happy to answer questions.
