Real Work     Real Food     Real Family

Welcome to the
Charbonneau Family Farm

Farmers.png

Nestled in the rolling hills of Franklin County, Vermont, we’re the Charbonneau family—and we’re proud to bring you premium, local, clean, GMO-free beef straight from our pastures to your table. For us, farming isn’t just a job; it’s a way of life rooted in caring for our animals, stewarding our land, and serving our neighbors.

Our family keeps a modest, healthy herd of Hereford cattle, raised on lush grass and plenty of fresh air. We believe that happy animals and nutritious soil are the keys to producing quality meat, and we work diligently day in and day out to ensure both are at their best. Whether you’re looking for delicious, locally-raised beef by the cut or interested in purchasing a quarter or half cow, we’re here to help—and we’re always happy to answer questions.

We invite you to explore our site, learn about our farm, and discover what makes our beef and our family a little special.

Thank you for supporting

small Vermont farms!

"This is our second year purchasing half a cow from the Charbonneau Family Farm and we will continue to go back. Brad has been such a pleasure to work with and is always providing such great quality of meats.
Here’s to another year of delicious beef
and filling our freezer with local beef!
Thanks Brad and Jessie!"
